Title: Internet Freedom Fund is now open for Applications

Application Deadline Date: 01-Nov-2019

Grant Award: Applications that request more than the award ceiling of $900,000 or less than the award floor of $10,000 may be deemed technically ineligible. Note that OTF’s target support ceiling is $300,000, with most supported efforts receiving between $50,000 and $200,000.

Title: Spencer Foundation announces Small Research Grants Program on Education

Application Deadline Date: 01-Nov-2019

Grant Award: Proposed budgets for this program are limited to $50,000 total and may not include indirect cost charges per Spencer’s policy and 5 years in duration.

About the Grant: This program is “field-initiated” in that proposal submissions are not in response to a specific request for a particular research topic, discipline, design, method, or location. Foundation goal for this program is to support rigorous, intellectually ambitious and technically sound research that is relevant to the most pressing questions and compelling opportunities in education.

Title: Call for Applications: Increasing Civil Society Organization (CSO) Resiliency in Changing Civic Spaces.

Grant Award: Selected organizations will be paired with a Resiliency Coach who will provide ongoing accompaniment. They will co-design a process with the coach’s guidance to prioritize their top resiliency threats and will receive targeted technical assistance to increase their resiliency in those factors identified as most critical.

Title: Future for Wildlife Seed Grants to support Field Conservation Projects in Africa & Asia.

Title: Funding for New Drugs and Vaccines for Priority Pathogens in Antimicrobial Resistance 2019.

Title: Nominations Open for 2019 BSOF’s IYEP Inaugural Award in Nigeria.

Application Deadline Date: 07-Nov-2019.

Grant Award: The winner will get a cash award of N500, 000 and the two runner up will receive cash award of N300,000 and N200,000 respectively.
